i'm looking at the N6 Washburn and i have looked high and low for some REAL info and have had NO luck. i've read reviews of the pickups and after reading the miles of text on the Bill L. fake debate i noticed the pic on Washburns site of the N6 (not the N4) shows the guitar with a Seymour in the bridge but the specs say the Bill L. L500 is the actual bridge pup. wtf? on all the online store sites use the same stock pic of the N6 so they are no help either. anyone know what is what with this inconsistency?
i'm also looking for more pics of the N6 in different finishes - sunburst particularly. if anyone has one i'd be very appreciative of seeing one. thanks in advance.

Don't quote me on this but I believe that pic is one of nunos axes and he had a seymour duncan put in.

The N6 was recently reviewed in Guitarist magazine in the UK. According to that review the N6 has a Bill Lawrence L-500 HB and 2 Seymour SSL-1 single coils

the website (Music 123) that i've been looking at now updated to say Seymour JB in the bridge for the N6 and BL L500 for the N4. the JB would be my preference for the alder bodied N6 but i'm waiting to see what new stuff comes out from NAMM before i decide which way to go. with any luck some of the discontinued models will get big price drops or some of the newer stuff will just be "must haves". won't be long until we find out.
