I picked up a JS 1000 to add to the family.
All ibanez except the acoustic.

First thoughts are:
Vintage style smaller frets compared to jem or PGM feel very different.
Edge pro still seems good, responsive. Although Lo Pro on the jem is probably my favourite, just because of habit.

Cleaned up and oiled/polished fretboard and it looks amazing.

Action is still really high though. Will tweak the truss rod and the trem set up tonight. Worried it might need a neck shim to get it really low, like satch legato ready low..

Nice find! I dig the finish \m/
Blue one is better looking in real life than pictures I've seen online. Pleased with it.
Oiled up the fretboard is really dark. Looks great. Have got the action quite a bit lower.

Think I finally need to put the effort in and learn to play flying in a blue dream with this one.

Is that the BSB?
JS1000 BTB blue transparent.
Edge Pro version. Which seems pretty good so far.
I remember seeing the blue JS in Ishibashi when i went to drool over the J customs 15 years ago. Was lucky i got a good deal on one now.

Unfortunately I'm on a one in one out rule so got to sell my lawsuit era SG copy to make space..

Oh yeah, BSB is the Jem.

And my "Flux" software changed the colours on me last night so I couldn't see the burnt parts on your axe. Sweet-looking, for sure.
