I seem to have the urge for 1 off's lately. These are #4 & 5 (of 1 off's) that I got a few days ago, both are Killerburst Guitars special runs. First is 2016 RG652MBQS in wild pilsner burst #7 of 14 made for them. Then the RG752MFS VFD in violin fade from 2017 (another Killerburst run) . Both in mint as mint can be condition. I could smell Japan when I opened the cases :)

I had collections of Ibanez 20+ years ago and somehow lost the urge. It's come back to bite me over the last three years and back at it again. Just thought I'd share :)

Oh those are both pretty, do they play as good as they look?
God damn, I wish Ibanez would start bringing back their brown/orange finishes. Vintage violin, vintage violin fade, wild pilsner burst, and even antique violin were fantastic colors. I've got some classic models in all of them, but so few new models are made in anything close. Very nice grab btw, they look great!

They do! The WPB has an ash body so it has a sharper tone than mahogany.

Thanks! I agree - let the wood do the talking :) I loved VV finishes - had an RG3VV and a few 8527's/RG-7's that were VV.

Thanks! I've been looking for one of these for a while - I almost picked one up locally in 2019 but it fell through. I never knew these were Killerburst special runs until I got this one. They came with black pups and switch tip but the guy I got it from put the Creme Imperium 7's in it and a creme switch tip - looks so much better.
Congratulations on your recent acquisitions!

Enjoy your mint-condition guitars and the pleasure of owning these special pieces.
