[Tropps]

I picked up a lower-end RG not too long ago and I'd like to 'sup it up a little. Unfortunately I don't feel like investing a bunch cash into it so I'm going to just get rid of the crappy stock ones and goes with a single pickup at the bridge.

So 2 questions:

1) I've found these two sites so far for wiring diagrams.

Any other information I should know?

2) Any recommendations on what I should go with? I play mainly rock and metal and a tad but of shredding.

Basswood= Dimarzio ToneZone or Norton

More bang for buck and the most versatile of the lot of pickups.

As for wiring, pickups come with schematics. also, don't use Duncan schematics with Dimarzio pickups.
