There are loads of ways of wiring it in, you just have to follow the same convention throughout. Basically, whichever of the Red or Black you wire to ground with the bare, do the same with the other. If it's a humbucker and you want them out of phase, wire one red to ground, the other black to ground and they'll be out of phase in the middle which sounds pretty cool. You can do out of phase with singles too but it's very quiet.
