from the peanut gallery - acoustics are typically strung much heavier than electrics. This compresses them quite a bit, the dynamics aren't as explosive. So, this poses two possible suggestions - 1.) move up to 10's or 11's to tame some of the explosiveness in the high end, or 2.) run a light compression between your peizo output and the board, or add light compression in the mix.
I haven't tried recording with my double edge bridge on my new guitar, and I can't remember what I used to do with my lst DE-equipped Ibanez... :lol:
