Question about original JEM cases

Hey! I have an 89 Ibanez PBK. The case that it came with looks like the pink lined case with the ibanez logo. However, the fur inside is grey and the case does not have a logo. Ive had people ask if it has the original case, but I dont know if it is original or not. It looks from the period, but when did they start issuing the pink lined cases? Thanks!

Pink lined cases were HUSA (Hoshino USA), the other Ibanez distributor in the US, Chesbro used gray lined cases.

Snap a few pics and @Rich or one of us old-timers can see if that's what you have 👍

This is only true for LNG's. Chesbro was waiting for HUSA to send them cases [they controlled the supply] and HUSA was more concerned with getting their own LNG's out, and nobody was paying attention to Chesbro screaming for cases, so they went out and bought their own, the gray lined case, but the guitars are at an angle in the case. They're not like JEM1000's at all.
