I don't think he meant how much does the jack cost, but the cost of the body modifications for the angled jack.

I just did that to an old rg 570 I'm working on. It's sortof tough to get the holes drilled well. It worked pretty well and was a bit of work. Check the banners up top, there's someone there who will do it. If you want to do it yoursel and don't have half inch wood dowel and glue, it'll cost you at least $5, unless you don't mind leaveing the old input jack hole empty. Which, depending on the color of your finish may look better than the plugged hole unless you plan to refinish. Projectguitar.com has a tutorial. Good luck.
