Dimarzio Tone Zone. Lol kinda what it was designed for actually. Unfortunately this is one of those "tone is subjective" things; and for instance I truly despise the 500t with the passion of a thousand burning suns, so the tone zone may not be what youre after. That said, it certainly fits the bill for what youre asking. Its a much hotter PAF style basically, but its not absurd like the Invader. I have JB's in my charvels and I would personally say the tone zone is certainly in that "realm"; but I think its a bit hotter and a touch more "boomy". JB's are great though, only SD I'll bother with.
Another option IF YOU CAN FIND IT; a dimarzio evh/axis pickup will absolutely get you there. Since they released the sterling model that featured them, Im willing to bet they are a bit easier to find nowadays.
