Hey im looking to buy an ibanez RG but I wanted to get some advice on the models. I wanted to know if it is worth me buying a new RG1570 or buying a used RG570. Is there a big difference between these two guitars? I want to know if it's worth me buying the 1570 or get my hands on a 570 for less. Thanks

For my $0.02, I'd go for the RG1570 if you can afford the extra $100/$150. I've got both and I have to say the prestige necks feel and play so much nicer. Also, the direct mount pups on the RG1570 look better and I prefer it to the mounting rings of the RG570. Pups are about the same and are generally good enough. The last consideration is the Edge trem in the RG570 'vs' the Edge Pro in the RG1570. Both are more than adequate.

I agree with beybalde on the prestige neck, it does feel much better than the original wizard necks.
but the finish option on 1570 is quite limited.
For me, I prefer '90-92 RG 570 FM rather than brand new 1570.
It's only a matter of finish option.
And correct me if I'm wrong, old RG still using one piece, or sometimes 2 piece of wood for the body, newer RG using 3 pieces of woods.

Get the RG 1570 for reasons mentioned already. Besides, it's a very nice RG Series guitar too. 
Hell, if you can afford it then why not get a RG2xxx series guitar? They're pretty sweet as well. But if you're just hell bent on a RG570/1570 then I would also say to get a new one if you can afford it. The Prestige neck is just sweet and it's a guitar that's easy to mod if you so choose.
