Hey Guys,

I recently Purchased a RGA 121 and with that i have bought 2 new pickups, 59' for the Neck, and JB for the Bridge.

Now i have just replaced the pickups with the same wiring. every position works bar position 2 which changes the Pickup to parallel. Cant figure why. any ideas?

Here is a link to the wiring i.imgur.com/jhPLoUI.png Note: the new pickups are 4 conductor also.

Thanks,
Keith

You mean position 4, position 2 is both pickups split, Duncan's have different colour coding please tell us which colours you used for the parallel wiring.
yes, duncan color codes are different.

https://guitarelectronics.com/guitar-wiring-resources/humbucker-wire-color-codes/

your switch should look something like (from left terminal to right terminal.
1. Black wire from bridge
2. red wire from the neck and jumper to lug 7
3. Black wire from the neck.
4. output to volume pot
5. red and white wire from bridge pickup
6. should be a ground wire (could solder the green from the neck)
7. jumper from lug 2
8. white wire from neck
