The frets look a little unkempt and the tremolo has massive wear on it. Otherwise looks fine to me. I would ask for better pictures, closeups of the trem and first five frets. Id say 225 to be safe, but less would be asking too little for a good guitar. I like those stock ibanez dimarzios, and those are hum cancelling by the way they have a dummy coil wired in with them

The body is mahogany. All the info is on the catalog page I gave you.

Even if the single coils are hum-cancelling, I still think I would prefer a neck humbucker. Just love the sound of it. That's personal preference, obviously.

I agree that you should ask for a better picture of the first few frets. They show wear first.

Making the neck pickup a humbucker is merely a matter of hooking up the other coil. The wires just need to be extended and its a humbucker :>
