The Nevera scoots up to 412 km/h (258 mph) making it the electric car with the highest top speed. Super quiet all the way up which is a little weird to see and hear.

I've really liked this car for a long time. Apparently, it's loud. As a road-legal car, it makes me wonder what road legal actually means.
