Why mesa 50/50? can i run a preamp for each channel to use two?

thanx for your answers.
The 50/50 is voiced for the TriAxis, and yes, you could run each preamp in mono into either side of the 50/50, although you may be better getting a small mixer and running both in stereo - why make your life simple when complicated is so much more fun!!
Mesa Simul-Class 2:90 is a big hit in triaxis/poweramp combinations.
I have a TriAxis/2:90 combination but, Piru didn't list it as an option... probably due to weight or cost. The 50/50 is simply the closest amp in tone to the 2:90 that Mesa makes. That's why. The 20/20 doesn't have the bass of a 2:90 and a 2:100 (which I also have) is almost Marshall on 10 sounding believe it or not.
