You might wanna try googling around for it there are tools available for unlocking mobile phones floating around. But why don't you take the phone to the nearest shop and have them unlock it costs around 100 - 150 kr. (at least in Denmark it does).

I've tried to locate the owner, but no dice... so I'm trying to activate it so at least someone can use it...
