I've got an Ibanez RGT42DXFM that I've been upgrading and I'm on the final stages. This is everything so far:

Supermassive HSP-90 neck.
Bareknuckle nailbomb bridge.
Edge pro trem.
FU big block.
Noisless springs.
Brass spring claw.
RP tremolo stabiliser.
Three way selector switch.
Push/pull tone pot.

One thing I haven't touched though is the output jack socket. It's the cheap one, model number 3JK1C12DZ.
Would it be worth upgrading it to the one found on the Japanese prestige models? Model number 3JK1J23? I'm not sure what the difference in quality is like.
Thanks guys!

If it works I wouldn't worry.

Also, does it really have to be an "Ibanez" one. They. Just use rebranded ones, and probably charge a little more for the name. Look at the Switchcraft stuff, their stuff is great, and quite often used as OEM for many brands.

I haven't had any problems with it yet. I'll leave it in then for now.
I had a quick look into other brands and switchcraft looks like a good direct replacement but I like the look of the locking jack sockets from neutrik. They look like they would take a bit more work to install though.
