UV7PWH Neck Plate - Serial beginning with 256, no Universe script

From my understanding, these neck plates were seen only on mid '90s silver and green dot neck UVs. Has anyone seen a UV7PWH with one of these neck plates? @Rich perhaps? Thanks.

I don't have alot on non MC UV data but I have them on green dots.
