Well, you take some 3D modeling or CAD software and start measuring your JEM. Then you make some textures and such and render it. It's not as simple as it sounds

I really dig these - especially the inlay. But I don't like the way you criss-crossed them in the pictures and made some larger and some smaller. Standalone detailed pictures of each guitar would be great! I would love to see the details of these beautiful creations.

Thanks dude but I'm just trying to write my master's thesis on some process automation stuff and grab a few real guitars while at it

Yeah, when you got to HDRI etc., it takes a few days to render

I think it looks great, almost can't tell the difference from a real Jem, except, the headstock looks straight up in that one, not tilted back none-the-less, you rock!!!!

DUDE! That is fantastic, I love the inlay, it's absolutely wicked! 8O 8O 8O Just out of interest, where did you get the heiroglyphics from, if they wern't your own? They look awesome.

...except, the headstock looks straight up in that one, not tilted back...

It is tilted back all right - it's the camera angle and the wide lenses that
tricks the eye, :wink:, just like in real life.
