good grief, I don't think I'd be able to learn that. Anyone ever see the cartoon Home Movies? There's an episode on the 3rd season called guitarmaggedon and the guitar teacher is asking his student about inversions, theory and stuff and it totally boggled my mind. (the real brendon small actually went to Berkley, cool eh?)
