What is my S540 worth?

I'm considering selling my S540 to fund a Gibson Explorer, I just wanted some of your opinions about it's worth. It's a 1997 Japanese made S540. It has a DiMarzio Super Distortion in the bridge, DiMarzio Blue Velvet in the middle, and a Dimarzio Air Norton in the neck. It comes with an Ibanez hardshell case, and is in awesome condition. Here are a few pics, but with the old pickups, ignore those.

around 400-450?

I paid $600 for it with the case.

600 with a case is probably high for most people. The new pickups might help but i would be suprised if you got that 600 back. I could be wrong though.

I dont know US prices very well personally, but I wouldn't expect to get $600 for it. You might do, but I would personally look at $500 more. Its a nice guitar though, and I like the colour too. And it does look to be in lovely condition too.
