I searched all over this site for this info. Im sure it's been said before but I can't seem to find it. I own a 1990 777DY and I'm thinking of getting a reissue edge tremolo for it. Ibanez told me the radius of the reissue is 400MM / 16inch or 15.75. I just wanted to know if that's the same radius as the original tremolo that I have on there or if I'll need to possibly add shims. Thanks.

You were misinformed. The Edge has never changed in spec, the molds have been replaced more than once as they've worn out and have been modified by grinding out the "Licensed" line, and the new knife edges are the best they've ever had, but it's still the same Edge.

Hey Rich, That's great news. The info came right from Ibanez themselves. I found this tremolo on their parts page and wanted to double check on the radius. I thought it was odd that the radius would have changed. Good to know.
