Talking about live acts you wanted to see but didn’t get the chance. Who/what band was it? In 1987 I had tickets to see Andres Segovia at my city's performing arts center. I bought the tickets a couple of weeks before the show. However, Segovia took ill, and was admitted to the local hospital. He cancelled the show. Then as luck would have it, I scored tickets to see him again in Los Angeles, but he died before the concert was to take place.

I forget what year - late 80s? But I think had tickets for Vai touring with Whitesnake and I think the Cincinnati show got cancelled...
