I am wanting to buy the new Ibanez RGA72qme next week but see that they are not shipping yet. While I can preorder it now I am in somewhat of a rush to get it. If it is going to be shipping in the next couple weeks than I can certainly wait, but if we are talking months I feel I would be better off just finding a used RGA121 with EMGs.

I was hoping one of you fine people would have an idea of when we can expect the 2011 Ibanez line to become available. Maybe just an estimate. Also if you have a RGA121 I'm willing to pay pretty good money for it. (Sorry no pink sparkles though )

Wow! Just in the nick of time then! When I spoke to AMS they said they had no idea. I was looking for a number to call at Ibanez USA to ask but could not find one.

I got word from Ibanez that they will be come available in February. Apparently the Tremolo model RGAs are already available.

I have had a few people tell me that I would be happier with the RGA121 than I would be with the RGA72 in the long run. Considering I was shopping for the RGA121 when I stumbled across the RGA72qme I suppose they are right.

It just sucks trying to find a RGA121 with EMGs when you have no patience. :wink:
