Hello guys i am an owner of a 7vwh jem 2003 jem with a fernandes sustainer.

The sustainer is at the size of a single coil meaning that i put away the evolution from neck.

So now i need a pickup (single coil or humbucker in single coil size) to put it besides the sustainer.

I am playing in a pop/rock band and a poser/hard rock band so i want to combine nice clean with good heavy sound,

I was thinking to buy Dimarzio Air Norton S...

Whats your opinions??

why don´t you put the sustainer in the middle position?

heh, nice question well i dont know i bought it and it was in the neck position, also have seen a few vai's video and its at the neck position too, really dont know, i guess its better to be there.

But still if i put the sustainer at the middle position i should buy a new evo for the neck so its the same thing i wont save any bucks...

The sustainer should be installed in the neck position for best performance.
