Ok, these are the best measurements I could do using paint...LOL. The unit is also just under 9/16" wide.

Thanks you guys, wow very impressive response time! I just bought a slightly used SV5470F. The stock pickups are good when I'm playing at full volume. But they just don't seem to clean up that well when I back off on the volume. The volume control (4 pole push/pull) also isn't that smooth, it kind of just drops off all of a sudden. I have a set of Duncan Jazz/JB I'd like to put on but wiring to the stock 5 way looks a bit much. Do to the thin body I having trouble finding a 5 way that will fit. I've measured slightly under 1 1/8". I may be able to squeeze it in, not so.
