However, this is fairly hot. I still have to add some more Habaneros to get it to the level of spiciness that I enjoy.

 

I like a lot of the Stubbs marinades and sauces lately, especially the 'moppin sauce'. The season's just getting started though, so I might have others I like better by June or July

 

i personally like carlie c's grilling sauce on everything.

carolina treat is pretty avid too.
