M150C Top falls 180 degrees

Anybody know how to fix the 2 inner straps that are supposed to hold one section of the hardshell case 90 degrees when you open it? The straps are still there but it rotates 180 degrees causing the top part to fall to the floor.

Thanks Rich. Is there an accurate way to determine the "correct" spot? I'm trying to simulate where it should go by holding it in different areas and where it would look fundamentally sound the most. I'm worried I'll glue to the wrong spot and I'll have to tear it off again and cause damage to the strap and the attaching area. Lastly what glue should I use? I'm thinking a glue gun might work.
