neck pocket crack.....

I have a 1993 s540(mahogany body) that has/had a neck pocket crack on both sides and it was definitely in the wood. I opened the cracks up a bit and flooded them with CA glue. All is good now, but I do think that there's always a chance that a neck pocket crack is in the wood, and not just a paint crack, especially with basswood.
